C., October 19, 2009, at the Library of Congress, James Madison Building, Mary Pickford Theater. John V. is dressed in period attire as U. S. Secretary of State William Henry Seward (1867), Judge James Wickersham (1939) and Alaska Delegate to the U. S. Congress E. L. 'Bob' Bartlett (1958) telling stories that led to Alaska becoming the 49th State of the Union.
